Good place with free wi-fi, a cozy bar, and great laundry services. The staff helped me with dining directions on my first visit. I'll be back for Christmas!

Room was comfortable. Reception staff were cheerful and approachable.
Restaurant. fook was ok, however felt like I was on a conveyor belt or a McDonalds drive through. I wanted to relax and enjoy my meal, catch up on the news in a newspaper, but no sooner had I finished my main course that my dessert was presented even thouhg I had requested a short delay. In addition, during dessert, tables were being moved in preparation for the following day - I felt like I had outstayed my welcome. What was a reasonable meal turned into an uncomfortable dining experience

I greatly enjoyed the good and attractive room with an equally huge bathroom and the staff were fantastic! The location was super for one night in the centre of the city. A bakery and shops were right next door....

Fantastic selection of local whiskies in the bar.
The dining room could use more character to enhance the atmosphere.

The warm welcome my colleague and I received along with the excellent service throughout the stay.
The random wi-fi connection was the only point thing I can think off that spoiled the otherwise excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at god value.
Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant and background music, the Grant Arms and the Highlands. Found The Wee Puffin with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

Good wildlife resources!
The staff were super nice, and we loved the restaurant! The room was comfy, and having info about local wildlife was a nice touch. We spotted a deer but only by chance, lol! Wi-Fi was great too. Just wish our room had been cleaned better-found our sheets all wrinkly, kinda off-putting.
